Refunds / Returns Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for return.

In order to return an order, you must contact us first with proof of purchase. We require a receipt / e-mail, purchase order or any other proof of purchase. Please note without proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@cheminltd.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

When posting a return you must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used, then we may reject a refund.
